Making Crafts For Your Tea Party

The tea party crafts we are going to share here are ideal for you to make ahead of time to use as tea party favors, or to use as a project for your actual party. Some are more involved and a little more costly, so you may want to reserve those for small gatherings, or make for yourself for your own decorating uses.

If you will want to do crafts at your party, keep in mind that some party themes are better suited to this, like birthday tea parties, than others. Some range from easy to difficult, and some are geared to young children, older children, (pre-teens/teens) and adults.

Teabag Folding - Beautiful decorations, picture frames, Christmas ornaments and/or accents to handmade cards are the lovely results of this art.

Tea Cup Candle - very easy, yet takes adult supervision.

Doily Paper Fan - very easy and appropriate for kids. Little ones can make very simple fans, and older girls can get artistic and fancy.

Picture Frames - cut outs of teapots or tea themed stickers are just the right thing to decorate picture frames to send home with a picture you've taken of each girl with the guest of honor or a group photo.

Notable Book Markers - Fun for all age groups! Just the thing for your Book Club, although not at a regular meeting you are having to discuss your book! This would be fun at an extra tea party you may have in honor of one of your member's birthday, or the anniversary of the book club...

Tea Cup Planter - Pretty, easy and enduring. Make a craft that your friends will take home, nurture and fondly remember the wonderful time they had spent with friends.

Teapot Fountain - Designed more for adults because the experience level is higher.

Tea Cup Cozy - My personal favorite! So dainty and the beading is just right to keep the vintage hankie in place especially if you are having a garden tea and there is a slight breeze.
