Easy Citrus Basil Current Scones

This recipe was given to me by the proprietor of the St. Croix River Inn Bed & Breakfast. They are amazing, and easy!

Mix together the following ingredients:
1 block of cream cheese
1 stick of butter
1 box lemon cake mix
2 Tbsp of dried Basil
2 tsp orange rind
1/8 tsp orange extract
1 C currents (I substitute Craisins, they're more inexpensive and easier to find)
1 egg yolk
1/4 c flour

Bake in a 325 degree oven for 9-11 minutes!

The tops should be barely browned.
