Easy Mock Clotted Cream Recipe: Ingredients 1 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar Directions With your mixer and a whisk attachment, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Remove from mixer, and whisk in by hand the sour cream and confectioners sugar until just combined. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Thank you Summer!
