Gift Wrapping Kitchen Tea

I would like to share an idea for a different type of kitchen tea party.

A friend of mine had a fabulous afternoon tea with a small group of friends. She invited a gift wrap expert to show them some clever and unusual ways of wrapping gifts, tying bows and creating fabulous embellishments.

Everyone brought a small gift for the bride which was wrapped and given to her at the end of the afternoon. There were some pretty fabulous results, almost too good to open!

Thanks for the Kitchen Tea Ideas

When planning a kitchen tea, it's nice to come across some fresh ideas for activities. This is something that is fun and will be useful to all participants in the future.

A friend of mine who is getting married this Fall, (who I am helping with her wedding) had no idea what a kitchen tea was. So, I sent her to your site! ;-) She was impressed and thought it a great way to have a more intimate bridal shower with just her mother, sisters and the girls from the bridal party. (Something other than a bridal luncheon that she will have with just the bridal party.) She wants nothing extravagant and thinks it's the perfect way to round off her kitchen supplies by those she loves most. She will think of them every time she uses each item.
