Where to Sit the Bride at a Bridal Tea Party?

by Gloria
(Export, PA usa)

Question: If you have 5 tables of guests, where do you seat the bride to be?

Answer: Hello Gloria and thank you for your seating arrangement question.

The bride should be seated so that her back is to a wall and not to any of the guests. In other words, the head table, where the bride and bridesmaids will be sitting, should be along the outer perimeter of your seating area.

If you have rectangular tables, place the bridal party all on one side. If space is limited, bridesmaids can sit on the other side of the table with their backs to others but not the bride. She should be able to see pretty much everyone from where she sits.

Beau-coup offers some lovely table decorations for tea party and bridal tea party favors.
